We ship from Belgium. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link.

Notes
- Delivery times are estimates once dispatched and exclude weekends & public holidays.
- Pre-order pieces ship on their indicated dates.
- Remote areas and customs inspections can extend delivery by a few days.
- Duties & taxes: within the EU there are no duties; shipments outside the EU may be subject to local import fees, payable by the receiver.
If you need your order by a specific date, contact us after checkout, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Returns
- Window: within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.
- Fees: original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is at your charge (unless the item is faulty).

Exchanges
- To secure the size or color you want, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original for a refund.
- If you prefer a direct exchange and stock allows, contact us and we’ll arrange it.
Cancellations
- You may cancel before dispatch by emailing info@rhuneofficiel.com with “Cancel Order #[number]”.
- If your order has already shipped, please refuse the parcel or follow the return steps above.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and checked, typically 5–10 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
Faulty or incorrect items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
